Tuesday Tip | Class Warm Up


Here are some ways on how to warm up

before class.

So our main goal in warming up

is to get our large muscle groups

ready for a dance.

So one of the things we can do

is some jumping jacks.

We can do some high knees,

we can do some pushups.

Crunches.

There are so many different ways,

but a really good way to warm up

when you're getting ready for

class is by practicing your choreography,

gently practicing your choreography,

getting your heart rate up

is the best way to prepare your body

and your brain for a dance class.
