Tier I Bundle – Tech & Conditioning + Ballet Technique
Classes run June 8th–July 30th. This bundle includes both Tech & Conditioning and Ballet Technique at 10% off the a la carte price.
Dancers will then be automatically enrolled in Ballet Technique, held Mondays 5:30–6:15pm.
Ballet classes will be split by age and level at the teachers’ discretion.
Tech & Conditioning
This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and control to support overall technique. Dancers will work on drills and exercises that improve turns, jumps, balance, and endurance.
Ballet Technique
This class builds a strong technical foundation through barre and center work. Dancers will focus on proper alignment, control, and execution while developing strength, flexibility, and classical technique.
