Tier II Bundle – Tech & Conditioning, Ballet Technique, 2 Clinic Classes                                                                                                
Classes run June 8th–July 30th. This bundle includes both Tech & Conditioning, Ballet Technique, and 2 Clinic Classes of your choice at 20% off the a la carte price.
You will then select two clinic classes that your dancer would like to take. Dancers will be automatically enrolled in Ballet Technique, held Mondays 5:30–6:15pm.
Ballet classes will be split by age and level at the teachers’ discretion.
 
Tech & Conditioning
This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and control to support overall technique. Dancers will work on drills and exercises that improve turns, jumps, balance, and endurance.

Stretch & Conditioning 4:45 - 5:30p
Back Handsprings Clinic (10 yr +) 4:45 - 5:30p
Beg/Int Hip Hop Clinic 6:15 - 7:00p
Dance Team Clinic (12 +) 6:15 - 7:00p
 
Ballet Technique
This class builds a strong technical foundation through barre and center work. Dancers will focus on proper alignment, control, and execution while developing strength, flexibility, and classical technique.
